Stainless steel on Galaxy Note 10? Samsung now says it's metal
Final updated: August 10th, 2019 at 09:28 UTC+01:00
The Galaxy Note 10 and Notation 10+ do not take a stainless steel frame. When Samsung starting time published the Galaxy Note 10 introduction video, it talked about how "stainless steel and drinking glass meld seamlessly to minimize bezel" on the new flagships, but it has now uploaded an updated video that makes no mention of stainless steel.
And it seems someone in the marketing team didn't get the memo that they'd exist updating that video, every bit the older video is nonetheless online on YouTube. It'south not just the official introduction video that talked virtually the stainless steel. Information technology was also mentioned on the Galaxy Notation ten website, and Samsung has now replaced "high-smoothen stainless steel" with "loftier-polish metal." Nothing else seems to take changed, thankfully, so there's probably no demand to worry that another advertised features may not be available, either.
Or at least we promise there isn't. The Galaxy Note ten and Notation 10+ are already under fire from longtime Milky way Annotation fans for stripping features like a headphone jack and then giving unsatisfactory reasons for doing and so. The Korean giant also took down some of its ads mocking Apple tree about forcing dongles and notches on iPhone customers, something Samsung itself is guilty of doing with this year'due south flagship devices.
Check out the quondam and new videos below and tell us in the comments whether you're okay with having an aluminum frame on the Galaxy Note x and Annotation x+ or if you would have liked to meet stainless steel as Samsung had incorrectly touted earlier.
